The 6.36 acre site at Hayes Court on West Common Road, was purchased by developer London Square, its ninth site since setting up three years ago.  The site includes a Grade II listed office building and landscaped grounds and lawns.

London Square has appointed Formation Architects to create a scheme to convert and restore the listed offices into apartments, with family houses in the grounds. A planning application will be submitted later this year to the London Borough of Bromley.

“Hayes Court offers an excellent opportunity to convert former offices that are no longer fit for purpose into homes, reflecting the government’s desire to turn redundant commercial spaces into attractive communities where people want to live,” said London Square managing director Brian Betsy.
