Construction takes place at two separate sites. The main site, at 1-3 Wenlock Road next to the Wenlock Basin, will provide 74 residential units in an eight-storey building, with commercial units at street level.
A further 30 units will be built on the former Brewery Industrial Estate.
Both new buildings have been designed by Formation Architects.
United House is scheduled to complete construction in July 2015.
