A further 30 units will be built on the former Brewery Industrial Estate.

Both new buildings have been designed by Formation Architects.

United House is scheduled to complete construction in July 2015.

Group chief executive Jeffrey Adams said: “We have a strong reputation for delivering high quality, mixed-use developments in the London Borough of Hackney. We look forward to delivering this exciting new regeneration project for One Housing Group which will create over 100 much-needed new homes for the N1 community.”
