The initial work will include planned and reactive maintenance and minor project work to LCC’s property portfolio and will cover the whole of Lincolnshire.
The £45m contract is a joint venture with Mouchel to provide property, project and FM services to Lincolnshire County Council over an initial five year period with an opportunity of extending this to a maximum of 10 years.
Vinci is holding a ‘meet the buyer’ supplier engagement day next week on Wednesday 17th December at the Holiday Inn hotel in Brayford Wharf, Lincoln.
