West Lindsey District Council have approved plans for construction of a 5,000 sq ft workshop and office facility on Riverside Enterprise Park, a commercial development by Stirlin and Castle Group in Saxilby, five miles northeast of Lincoln.
Designed by Johnathon Roberts Architects and built by Stirlin, the new building will provide a 63% increase in accommodation for Stirlin Plant.
Stirlin Plant is a dealer for Wacker Neuson and for the UK concrete mixer manufacturer Winget. It is currently based in Leafbridge Business Park in North Hykeham, southeast of Lincoln city centre.
