Having seen its West Midlands staff grow from two to 26, Clugston has moved from a start-up office, to larger premises at Topaz Business Park in Bromsgrove to accommodate further expansion.

This year the region will contribute £18m to the group’s £160m turnover.

Clugston projects in the Midlands since opening in June 2013 include a new facility for Birmingham Dogs Home in Catherine-de-Barnes, the multi-million pound Gateway Retail Park in Cannock, an office and production facility at Malvern Hills Science Park and infrastructure works in Cirencester.

Regional business manager Danny Dawson said, “We are really pleased to see our West Midlands office gain momentum in the region and grow. This office fills what we perceive to be somewhat of a gap in the market for our level of business, small enough to be flexible and hands-on, but of a size to be financially stable.”
