Work to develop the outline and detailed design for the project at Ysgol Glan Clwyd in St Asaph starts now. It is anticipated that building work will start on site in early summer 2015, with completion by September 2017.

The contract has been let by Denbighshire County Council under Lot 2 of the new North Wales Schools & Public Buildings Contractor Framework procurement process.

This is the third major education project that Willmott Dixon has picked up in North Wales recently, following a £20m contract at Rhyl High School and recently completed work at Ysgol-Y-Gogarth special needs school in Conwy, a £15.8m contract.
