Willmott Dixon wins £45m housing maintenance contract

12 Jul 11 Willmott Dixon’s repair and maintenance specialist Willmott Dixon Partnerships has won a five-year contract worth £45m with Notting Hill Housing Trust.

The contract, which can be extended to 10 years if successful, will see Willmott Dixon work closely with Notting Hill’s housing staff and 15,000 social rented customers to deliver a responsive repairs and voids service throughout London.

Willmott Dixon Partnerships managing director Mick Williamson said: “We believe Notting Hill’s 'Altogether Better' approach to customer service, in which one housing officer works directly with a much smaller group of tenants, is an exciting new model for the sector and we are enthusiastic about being involved in developing and delivering this vision alongside the Trust.”

The contract brings to more than 135,000 the number of domestic properties for which Willmott Dixon is responsible. This includes more than 60,000 properties for Europe’s biggest landlord, Birmingham City Council, in the north and south of the city.
