The scope of this project is to have in place solutions to be able to hire various types of events equipment and services to enable Hull City Council to host a wide variety of events. The tender will cover the following areas:

— barrier, signage and associated traffic management equipment,

— tables, chairs, display boards and marquees,

— single unit portable toilets,

— accommodation units and toilet block units,

— skips,

— lighting, sound and PA equipment,

— first aid provision,

— christmas lighting provision.
