Lifts and Hoists Servicing and Maintenance (2018-2022)
Arc is seeking suitably experienced organisations to provide Lifts and Hoists Servicing and Maintenance as described within the Contract Notice and procurement documentation.
The Common Procurement Vocabulary stated are deemed to include, for the avoidance of doubt and unless otherwise stated, the Category and Sub-category codes below the CPV codes stated.
The successful Bidder will provide Lifts and Hoists Servicing and Maintenance at locations for and on behalf of Arc.

The services comprise servicing/maintenance and repairs to various types and manufacture of passenger, goods lifts and DDA Hoists together with 24/7 emergency breakdown cover.
The intention of the Framework is to ensure that the equipment is maintained in a safe and efficient manner by the bidder, to comply with all current Regulations, British Standard Codes of Practice and Building Regulations, and to provide the building users and Arc with a quality service.
Repair works are to be carried out as instructed by Arc following breakdowns, items identified from servicing/maintenance visits and recommendations following insurance inspections.
The initial Framework will be 2 years with an option to extend by an extra year to a maximum of 4 years (2+1+1) at the discretion of Arc.
The PQQ asks for the information that Arc require to select the five (5) highest scoring compliant Bidders who will be invited to respond to the ITT based on the highest ranked score but reserves the right to change this should it deem necessary.
