II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The Authority are seeking a supplier to provide a Multi Activity Soft FM Service and Manage the Associated Consumables as supplied by the Authority across 2 sites and community properties in the Surbiton/Kingston upon Thames area. For clarity this service includes the internal and external public and communal areas of the sites and does include the main clinical and patient areas. The service also includes the provision of ad-hoc cleaning services to include post building cleans following capital upgrade works and post infection cleans and deep cleaning services.

Additionally, the Authority requires the Contractor to supply all equipment, material and consumables (except those provided by the Authority) necessary to carry out the service to the required standard and be responsible for their distribution around the relevant sites. Furthermore, the successful supplier will be required to provide a managed laundry service to the Your Healthcare CIC area on the first floor at Surbiton Health Centre.
