The contract has been split into 3 separate lots:

— Lot 1 — aluminium/steel/UPVC. The estimated annual expenditure for the first year of the Contract is 250 000 GBP. The estimated volume of work across the term of the contract is 30,

— Lot 2 — timber. The estimated annual expenditure for the first year of the Contract is 100 000 GBP. The estimated volume of work across the term of the contract is 45,

— Lot 3 — roller shutters. The estimated annual expenditure for the first year of the Contract is 350 000 GBP. The estimated volume of work across the term of the contract is 120.
