Graphic Design Services Framework
The Council wishes to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement with a maximum of 5 suppliers, for the provision of graphic design services.
The appointed designers must be able to provide a high level of service, input and accuracy, ensuring the Council’s identity, reputation, quality and key messages are promoted.
The services required are for specialist and complex brand and design services across a range of media, requiring consultative input, creative concept and brand development, additional services such as copywriting, art direction, photography and possible graphic design for use on websites.
Bath and North East Somerset Council are looking for suppliers who can offer a more specialist and longer-term marketing solution including, but not limited to work such as:
— developing a visual identity or brand for a new/revised service or a commercial service area,
— providing specialist creative support for behavioural change and campaigns including to increase take-up of services, consultations and engagements,
— providing marketing material of the highest quality to attract visitors to our attractions — including creative materials such as photography and video that can be used through social media — for specific projects.
These suppliers would take the council’s initial ideas/design brief and budget and provide an effective creative project design and materials to meet that brief.
The primary customer of this contract is Bath and North East Somerset Council. However, this contract may also be used by any local authority in the South West region of England. It may also be used by the Avon and Somerset Constabulary, the Avon Fire and Rescue Service, the University of Bristol, the University of the West of England, the University of Bath, and NHS trusts in the Bristol area, a list of which can be found at Bristol and Weston NHS Purchasing Consortium.
