VI.2)Information about electronic workflows
VI.3)Additional information:

The short description of the contract denotes 4 raised bog SAC's where fencing works are to be carried out including Ballynahone Bog SAC and Curran Bog SAC (Lot 1), and Cranny Bogs SAC, Tully Bog SAC and Fairy Water Bogs SAC (Lot 2).

Works at Curran Bog SAC (Lot 1) have now been removed from all ITT documents as fencing works are no longer required at this site. Historical ITT documents have been labelled to instruct suppliers to ignore them and updated ITT documents with the correct information have been uploaded with the prefix ‘New ’which suppliers must now use.

Please note there was a modification to the tender specification as part of this ITT. Historical documents included reference to fencing works to be carried out at Curran Bog SAC. These have been removed as fencing works are no longer to be carried out at Curran Bog SAC. There was also an error in the historical documents re the length of fencing required at Ballynahone Bog SAC (Lot 1). It was originally listed as 1 000 m in table 2 of the ITT, it is in fact 1 150 m and has been changed in the updated ITT documents.

As a result of these modifications historical documents have been labelled with instructions for suppliers to ignore them and updated ITT documentation has been uploaded with the prefix ‘New’ which suppliers must now use.
