Clarion Housing Group carries out fire risk assessments and ensures that the actions highlighted in these assessments are per the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The aim behind the procurement for the programme is to involve specialist third party accredited contractors who we can contract manage and inspect the quality of works being delivered. We are looking for the contractors who can prove their willingness and expertise to undertake all the elements of Passive Fire Safety works including:

— replacing or upgrading doors sets and maintenance

— compartmentation works including invasive surveys

— roof cavity barrier works

— penetration sealing.

The contract is split into five geographic lots.

Bidders invited to tender for one to five lots. However, any one supplier would only be able to be awarded a maximum of two lots. In the event of one supplier top-scoring for more than two lots, Clarion will be responsible for the strategy that decides which lot is awarded to them. This is to ensure that the work is shared out in a way that best benefits the organisation and all contractors.
