The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

At the sole discretion of the OC, the maximum sport presentation spend may be increased up to a value of GBP 4 750 000 (exc. VAT) to account for further enhancement to the sport presentation plan agreed with the OC. Any change to the maximum sport presentation spend will be made in accordance with the agreement.
