The purpose of this tender is to procure a window cleaning services and communal block cleaning service for the low and medium rise blocks within the WDH Estate.

Our requirements are split across the following two lots.

Lot 1: Internal and External Window Cleaning;

Lot 2: Communal Block Cleaning.

The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots:

Each lot will be evaluated separately. One contractor will be appointed to for each lot. It is permissible for the same contractor to win both lots. WDH will appoint one contractor for each lot and the appointed contractor must provide a ‘one stop shop’ solutions for all requirement within the lot. Please refer to details within the tender documents.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

This agreement will be for the provision of window cleaning services to low and medium rise communal blocks across the Wakefield District geographical area. The requirement is to provide a high quality window cleaning service for the communal blocks, the communal window cleaning is required for the areas above the ground floor level which are not covered by the lot 2 cleaning specification. As well as the internal windows and landing areas not cleaned by lot 2.
