The primary aim of reception is to provide a professional first point of contact service. The scope includes a fully manned reception desk during the specified hours, telephony services, switchboard, meeting room booking and management, visitor handling, monitoring the access control of escorted visitors, postal receipt, despatch and courier service as well as general safety and security and contractor signing in/out.
