The Client currently has circa 1 150 properties comprising around 450 commercial estate properties and around 700 non-commercial (Corporate) properties, of which 448 are listed.

These property assets cover a wide range of uses including car parks, care homes, community buildings, depots, heritage buildings, hostels, leisure facilities, offices, residential, retail, schools and workshops, amongst others. The estate mix varies as the portfolio grows, shrinks or is re-allocated to meet the changing demands of the contracting authority and other service users.

The client has a need to carry out building works to its estate and is seeking to put in place a framework to cover works such as these.
