The Estates and Building Services Division fulfils the Corporate Landlord function for the Authority, in which repairs and maintenance services are provided by the building maintenance section of the facilities management team. This service includes general building and engineering services with our in-house technical and FM Help Desk staff commissioning a range of property repair and maintenance.

This contract will be a significant element of ensuring that the Council is able to fulfil its Corporate Landlord function in making sure buildings are safe, secure, well-maintained and generally fit for purpose.
