This tender is intended to give the interested construction partners, an opportunity to tender for appointment as the contractor for the development of 131 new homes, associated highway, lighting, drainage infrastructure and public open space at Grange Park, Blackpool.

The overarching aim of this project is to ‘provide new residential development that improves the housing stock within the Borough, providing good quality homes that help to build communities and stabilise lives through the creation of positive places to live’.
