Scope
Description
Adra(the Client) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Lift service provider who is capable of providing a full range of Passenger Lift Servicing and Maintenance services as contained within the suite of documents within this tender pack
Total value (estimated)
- £168,000 excluding VAT
- £210,000 including VAT

- 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2028
- Possible extension to 31 July 2030
- 4 years
Description of possible extension:
The duration of the Agreement will initially be for a period of two (2) years, with the option to extend the Agreement at Adra’s sole discretion for up to two (2) further periods of up to twelve (12) months.
