Description
WCHG is seeking experienced contractors to deliver General Building Works, Specialist Services, and Empty Homes (Voids) Works
Successful contractors will be appointed to a lotted agreement and ranked based on quality and price.
Contractors can bid for:
Lot 1: General Building Works
Lot 2: Specialist Works (Asphalt Repairs, Drainage Works, Damp & Mould Remediation, Environmental Cleaning & Property Clearance)
Lot 3: Empty Homes (Voids)

WCHG has not introduced a formal cap on the number of lots a supplier can win.
WCHG reserves discretion to consider capacity, resources, resilience and performance risk when making awards.
Work allocation is managed through ranked lists and capacity thresholds rather than restricting contract awards.
A supplier can be awarded Lot 1, multiple Lot 2 sub-lots, and Lot 3 simultaneously, provided they can demonstrate sufficient capacity and capability
Lot 1. General Building Responsive Repairs
Description
Lot 1 covers day-to-day building repairs and maintenance works to occupied WCHG properties. WCHG intends to appoint up to 10 suppliers to a ranked list for these works.

Lot 2. Specialist Trade
Description
Lot 2 comprises four independently evaluated and ranked specialist sub-lots:
Lot 2A - Asphalt Repairs: Up to 2 contractors appointed.
Lot 2B - Drainage Works: Up to 2 contractors appointed.
Lot 2C - Damp & Mould Remediation: Up to 5 contractors appointed.
Lot 2D - Environmental Cleaning & Property Clearance: Up to 2 contractors appointed.

Lot 3. (Empty Home (Voids))
Description
Up to 5 contractors will be appointed to Lot 3 (Empty Homes (Voids)). Work will be allocated dynamically based on contractor capacity, performance, quality, value for money, and ability to meet agreed turnaround times. Each contractor will be limited to 5 open void properties at any one time.
