Carmarthenshire County Council in association with Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire and Swansea city and county councils plan to line up several dozen prequalified contractors to supplement their in house direct labour organisations.
The South West Wales Regional Civil Engineering Contractors Framework is divided into 15 different lots, with specialist work packages ranging from fencing to demolition. Total estimated value is £85m.
