The 150-person group’s portfolio of projects includes commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, residential, industrial, airport, mixed-use and tall buildings.
Together with Aecom’s existing programme, project and construction management teams, the expanded construction services business has worked on high-profile projects in the region, including The Crescent in Baku, Azerbaijan; the Ritz Carlton hotel in Moscow; the Peugeot Citroen and Mitsubishi automotive plant in Kaluga, Russia; and the CiTer Invest tower in Moscow.
“We are gaining a dedicated team of professionals who share our commitment to health, safety and customer service,” said Aecom’s Europe chief executive Steve Morriss. “They will help us grow in the five key sectors of commercial, sports, industrial, transportation and healthcare.”

Both Aecom and Lend Lease have built their Russia businesses over a long period.
