Apollo takes £9m Riverside contract
Apollo has been chosen for a contract worth £9m over four years to carry out roofing and associated repair work for the Riverside Group in Carlisle.
The contract was awarded through the Fusion 21 public procurement enterprise.
Apollo will start work on occupied properties in Carlisle later this month. It has committed to using a local subcontractor and has also recruited a local site management team to oversee delivery of the project.
Divisional director Mike Edwards said: “We are delighted that Apollo has secured this important contract. As an existing client we are committed to delivering an excellent service for Riverside, and to ensuring that we also make a significant contribution to the community more generally, through providing employment opportunities and delivering activities and initiatives for residents in the area.”
