Cala Homes has con sent to build 90 homes on its Beveridge Row site near Belhaven, subject to provision of a permanent vehicular access.
The build programme has yet to be confirmed but work could start on site in spring this year with the first homes complete early 2018.
The properties will include a mixture of detached family homes, cottage style apartments and terraced units – 23 of which will be affordable.
