The London Borough of Tower Hamlets has approved Berkeley Group’s plans for a development of 900 homes at South Quay Plaza on Marsh Wall on the Isle of Dogs.
The Foster & Partners designed scheme comprises a 68-storey tower block and a 36-storey tower block. The former, at 214.5-metres high, will be the tallest all-residential tower in the UK.
