The Courts Bundle PPP project covers the design, construction, financing and maintenance of facilities at courthouses ranging in size from 1,354m² to 8,490m² in gross floor area. Among the schemes is the refurbishment and extension of the existing landmark building in Cork City to accommodate six courtrooms, improved custody facilities, offices and associated facilities.

Drogheda in County Louth will get a new courthouse consisting of two courtrooms and associated facilities to be constructed on a town centre site adjacent to the River Boyne. Letterkenny in County Donegal will also get a new courthouse as too will Limerick.

Refurbishment and extension work will also be carried out in Mullingar, Waterford and Wexford.
