The consortium, consisting of BAM PPP PGGM, BAM Utiliteitsbouw, BAM Techniek and ISS Nederland is financially supported by Rabobank International and Allianz Global Investors Europe. Financial close is expected to be achieved in July.

The PPP contract has a duration of 25 years with a net present value of €267m. It will be signed on 2 June and renovation work is due for completion in 2016.  The organisations involved are expected to move to the renovated building at the beginning of 2017.
