BAM Construction has won a £30m contract to redevelop Lancaster University Management School.

The scheme, part refurbishment and part rebuild, has been designed by architect Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, which won a RIBA design competition for the project back in December 2015.

The current management school, on Lancaster University’s Bailrigg Campus, consists of several buildings. The redevelopment will refurbish three of the buildings and consolidate the school into newly built east and west Pavilions with a new building with two lecture theatres and café.
