The new Polden Corner Residence Building, now being designed, will have 293 en-suite rooms as well as car parking, an energy centre and a gym.
A separate contract for ground works, retaining structures and basement up to transfer slab is also being advertised, with an estimated value of up to £1.8m.
The contract notice has been published through Delta eSourcing. Deadline for registering is 16th March 2016.
