Inland will work with the DIO, South Bucks District Council and Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) to formulate a detailed development brief for the future of the Defence School of Languages site at Wilton Park.
This site has been identified within the district council’s core strategy for a high-quality residentially-led mixed-use scheme.
Inland owns 20-acres of land adjoining Wilton Park. The Defence School of Languages is shortly to become redundant to the needs of the DIO and Inland’s adjoining land is needed for access to any future development.
