The estimated total value is £500m and A2 Dominion is looking to appoint between 15 and 30 contractors.
It is inviting bids from contractors experienced in design and construction. The work includes refurbishment, repairs and the design and construction of new properties. Most will be residential but there may also be work on commercial premises or other structures including schools and bridges.
The initial deadline is 17 June.
