The construction works include site preparation, refurbishment, new construction, associated public realm and infrastructure together with buildings associated with sustainable neighbourhoods and may include commercial, small scale enterprise.
The framework will include seven construction lots divided into low (up to £1.5m), medium (up to £4m) and high value (£4m+) contract bands.
The lots are further divided geographically within northwest England covering Greater Manchester and Merseyside, Cheshire, Derbyshire West and Staffordshire, Lancashire and Cumbria, South Yorkshire and Derbyshire East.
There are a further seven further professional services lots, including clerks of works, architectural services, designers and purchaser agents.
