Interlift sells and hires out tackle such as hoists, lifting straps, shackles, beams and clamps, from depots in Middlesbrough, Hull and Glasgow. It has 34 employees.
Interlift will continue to operate independently but make use of Hewden’s depot network.
This is Hewden’s first acquisition for more than 10 years. The price was not disclosed.
