Keepmoat recruits former Balfour director

Mark Cutler was until recently managing director of Balfour Beatty’s regional business and now joins Keepmoat’s executive team.

Keepmoat has also given chief financial officer James Thomson the additional role of deputy chief executive.

The appointments follow the takeover of the business by TDR Capital and Sun Capital last September.

Keepmoat CEO Dave Sheridan said that Mr Cutler had “proven expertise in this field and the qualities to complement our strong executive team”.
