Work is under way on the Kenyon Gateway scheme, which is designed by John McCall Architects and supported by funding from the Homes & Communities Agency. The new housing is designed to meet Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Lovell was awarded the contract following a competitive tendering process through City West Housing Trust’s development framework. It is the contractor’s first job for this client.
“Kenyon Gateway will create modern, high-quality affordable homes for rent alongside properties which will enable local people to take their first step on to the housing ladder through City West’s low-cost home ownership scheme,” said Lovell regional director Nigel Yates.
