Lovell names project director for £320m Woolwich scheme
Housing developer Lovell has appointed Martin Boyce as project director for its £320m regeneration development in Woolwich, southeast London.
Martin Boyce joins Lovell from Kier Residential to lead the delivery of the project which is in partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Asra Housing Group.
The scheme will transform three Woolwich council estates with around 1,500 new homes including 1,000 properties for open market sale and 500 affordable homes for Asra. Demolition began in November 2015 with construction set to start this year.
Lovell regional director Michael O’Farrell said: “Martin brings extensive industry experience and an exceptional record of managing the delivery of major housing projects to the very highest standards.”
