Martin Boyce joins Lovell from Kier Residential to lead the delivery of the project which is in partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Asra Housing Group.
The scheme will transform three Woolwich council estates with around 1,500 new homes including 1,000 properties for open market sale and 500 affordable homes for Asra. Demolition began in November 2015 with construction set to start this year.
