Situated on 28 South Molton Street, off Oxford Street, the store will have 5,400 sqft of retail floor space with an overall gross internal floor area of 13,200 sqft. Spanning across six floors the building will consist of retail, commercial and residential space for Bosideng's new European headquarters. Construction on the site has already started and is expected to complete in July this year.
The building has been designed to include green wall panelling, rainwater harvesting and PV cells.
Phil Pringle, managing director of McLaren Construction said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Bosideng to be their main contractor as they look to enter the UK’s retail market. We look forward to utilising our extensive expertise in order to meet the challenges provided by such a technical brief.”
