Merger for Turner & Townsend’s HK office

7 Mar 13 Turner & Townsend is set to merge its Hong Kong office with chartered quantity surveyor and cost consultant HA Brechin & Co Ltd to form Turner & Townsend Brechin.

HA Brechin, which has a 100-strong workforce spread across Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Macau, specialises in delivering cost and quantity surveying consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors.  The company was originally established in Edinburgh in 1931 and the Hong Kong company was opened in 1977.

HA Brechin’s clients include Hong Kong Airport Authority, Swire and Hong Kong MTRC. The firm also works with local government departments including the Architectural Services Department, Hospital Authority and the Highways Department.
