He is a former managing director of Hanson’s drainage business and more recently has been working with private equity groups on strategy and acquisitions.
Stanton Bonna is part of the Consolis Group, Europe’s largest precast concrete producer. It makes precast concrete pipes and manholes.

He takes over from Mike Ogden, who had been appointed by Consolis on an interim basis, with a brief to help find a permanent successor.
