New HQ for Atlas Copco's European rental business

Atlas Copco has opened a new headquarters for its European specialty rental business.

The new building in Boom, Belgium, will serve as the main competence centre for Atlas Copco’s rental business in the region, supporting its network of 50 depots and customers all over Europe. It will also be the new headquarters for the Specialty Rental division in Atlas Copco’s Construction Technique business area.

“This modern facility will further strengthen our position in Europe as a total solutions provider of temporary air, power, steam and nitrogen solutions to manufacturing, oil and gas, power and mining customers, ” said Andrew Walker, business area president of Construction Technique.

Atlas Copco has invested €5m in the facility, where about 80 employees will work.
