Paul was previously business development manager for David Joseph Property Investments. In his new role, he will identify new business opportunities for Seddon Property Services across Northumberland, County Durham, Tyne and Wear, Teesside and Yorkshire.
Seddon Property Services delivers planned and responsive maintenance services, building refurbishment, repairs and painting for national and local clients. The business is part of the Seddon Group, a family-owned company specialising in construction, painting, maintenance and housebuilding, with a national turnover of over £250 million. Seddon Property Services chairman Stuart Seddon says: “Paul is a strong addition to our business development team and will play an important role in developing new opportunities for the company across the region.”
Paul’s previous career has included working as regional business development manager for CLC Contractors and as a regional site manager for Provence Commercial Properties. He moved into construction and property services after leaving the Royal Navy where he was a mine disposal expert.
