Previously senior construction manager for the northwest division, Haresh Murji now becomes construction director for the regional operation.

Mr Murji joined Stewart Milne Homes nine years ago as a senior site manager.

In his new role, Mr Murji will be responsible for controlling all building operations, health & safety and customer satisfaction. He will also be in charge of staff development and retention.

Stewart Milne Homes doubled its new home completions in the northwest last year, from 134 to 275, and plans to grow the division beyond 500 units in the next three years.

It will also introduce five new developments to its northwest portfolio in the next 12 months, resulting in the construction of 447 new homes.

Paul Challinor, northwest managing director for Stewart Milne Homes, said: “Haresh has been a valued member of the Stewart Milne Group for nine years, playing a significant role in our growth in the northwest. He will bring a wealth of experience in the construction sector to his new role, as well as drive forward our core group values which focus on quality homes and a customer centric approach to building and selling houses.”
