The Irish FA announced O'Hare & McGovern as its contractor on 15th January. Since then the firm has been busy with pre-construction design works.
The £35m contract value is higher than the initial estimates of £26.3m set out in the contract notice originally published in August 2012.
The redevelopment of Windsor Park includes demolition of the existing South stand, construction of new South and East stands and the refurbishment of the existing North and West stands to increase stadium capacity from 12,000 to 18,000.
