The contract, worth nearly £5m, is for the new Langley Primary School in Maidstone. It will be the first school that Osborne has built in Kent.
The two-storey building will have 14 classrooms as well as a hall, office space, a special education needs area and a small nursery and community facility.
The new school will open in September 2016 and help meet provision for the 1,000+ houses that are currently being built to the south of Maidstone.
