Oecon is a manufacturer and distributor of modular buildings and the acquisition is in line with Portakabin’s European expansion plans. The purchase is intended to complement the current Portakabin operations in France, Belgium and Holland and provide routes to market for Portakabin modular buildings within the office, healthcare and education sectors.
