Central Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) has struck a deal with Premier Modular for manufacturing and on-site erection of volumetric housing.
CHIC’s 44 local authority and housing association members are across the East and West Midlands, Wales, the southwest of England and the southeast of England. CHIC is also a member of Re:allies and Re:allies members will also have access to the contract.
The contract period is five years but CHIC has the option to extend the contract by two additional five-year periods, subject to performance. The total potential contract period is therefore 15 years.
