QR codes used for digital manual

Pop-Up Products is using QR codes on its new Altrex range of aluminium access towers to give users direct digital versions of the manual.

Under the branding of Altrex Mobile Safety, the towers are fitted with QR codes, which are a bit like square bar codes. When the QR codes are scanned by smart phone, the instruction manual is accessed. This saves on paperwork and makes it always available.

Pop-Up Products will be presenting the new system at the Vertikal Days trade show, which takes place at Haydock Park race course on Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28, June.
