BBES has been awarded a £2.8m commercial contract for the supply and installation of the full mechanical, electrical, air conditioning and plumbing packages associated with engineering company Technip’s new offices.
As previously reported, the overall project includes a new 60,000 sq ft building that will house not just offices and meeting rooms but also a restaurant, coffee shop and gym facilities.
Sustainable aspects to be installed by BBES include modular risers, water leak detection, lighting controls and modular electrical systems. The environment has been designed to provide a high efficiency workspace incorporating lighting control systems interfaced with window blinds to reduce glare and climate control of all the areas by the building management system.
